Chesapeake was established in 2008. Our owner, K.C. Barry, has over 15 years of building and development experience in MD and FL. K.C. has always been passionate about building and began his homebuilding experiences with Ryan Homes (a NVR, Inc. company), while working his way through Loyola University. Upon graduation he accepted a full time position with Ryan Homes and began to build his career in one of the busiest markets in the country, MD/DC/VA. It is these experiences and the people he has worked with along the way, that have made K.C. the builder he is today.
In recent years, Chesapeake has completed numerous projects in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach. While the beach lends itself to coastal design, we certainly will not hesitate to step out of our comfort zone. At the end of the day, Chesapeake is committed to listening to the client and turning their dream into reality.
